Rodney J. MacAlister
has built his career internationally. He founded and served as CEO of Monetizing Gas Africa, one of Africa’s very few midstream gas companies for eight years. He served 25 years with ConocoPhillips in business development; was General Manager in Congo (Brazzaville); and headed the Washington DC office. He was CEO of the US African Development Foundation under President George W. Bush. He was General Manager, VAALCO Energy, Gabon, producing 10% of Gabon’s daily oil output. Today, he is Associate Senior Consultant-Americas at the Oxford Consulting Group and Senior Advisor to the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington DC.
John Peffer
has over 34 years of experience in reservoir and operations management, asset development and exploration activities in international Oil & Gas. He led Anadarko Mozambique for 10 years during which time the largest natural gas Discoveries of the last 40 years globally were made. His extensive experience includes General Management over large Projects; managing multidisciplinary, multicultural teams; business development in African and the Middle East and conducting solid relationships with State Owned Enterprises and Government Ministries.
Greg Groenmeyer
is a career IT Executive who has a long history of developing and delivering large, strategic IT projects. As an Executive Business Coach, Greg also specializes in Organizational Development, Strategic Facilitation, Organizational Change Management and Leadership Development. Additional services available include Project Consulting, Management Team Coaching and Development, and solving complex, “messy” organizational problems.
Anne Chatroux
is a seasoned C-Suite coach specialized in diversity and inclusion. Royce has successfully completed projects for clients with a wide range of needs on several levels, and in various areas, by utilizing both his skills and worldwide network of resources, providers and experts.
Yoichiro (Yo) Shimizu
is President of Hayabusa Energy, an independent operator of natural gas assets in Texas, which currently produces mainly from Texas Panhandle area. Prior to founding Hayabusa in 2015, Yo led Mitsubishi Petroleum Development Company’s first-ever operated investments in Africa as a county manager in Gabon, where he spent 8 years managing various exploration & production projects. Prior to that, he managed Japan Oil Development Company’s (JODCO, now INPEX) 1 million b/d Abu Dhabi JV, Japan’s flagship overseas project since the 1970’s. Yo obtained a BA in Law from Keio University.
